Our events bring students and the community together through hands-on activities like composting workshops, environmental education, and plant sharing. Each event is a chance to learn, help the planet, and build a stronger community together. Everyone is welcome to join us and be part of the change.
We’re taking the MCS-1 to the community!
Green 4 Better is officially teaming up with the Walnut Valley Water District for the "Beautiful Lawns With Less Water" workshop on May 16th. This is a huge milestone for us. It’s the first time we’re moving our MCS-1 prototype out of the garage and into a public space to show residents how it actually works.
If you've been following our progress, come by and see the unit in person. We’ll be there to talk shop, explain the "Fishbone" aeration system, and show how we’re making community-led sustainability a reality.
Date: May 16, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Location: Walnut Valley Water District
The "Behind the Scenes" Vibe
Student-led. Creative. High Energy.
At Green 4 Better, we don’t just spend our time staring at engineering blueprints. We actually have a lot of fun doing this. Whether we’re filming outreach clips or brainstorming in late-night meetings, our team is all about bringing energy and fresh ideas to the table.
We put together this quick video to show you the "human" side of our team as we prep for the big May 16th event. It’s a mix of hard work, creative chaos, and the excitement of making something that matters.
